• Does your current electrical system have enough space?  

  • If your electrical system is already close to capacity, you will likely need to upgrade your panel to a higher ​amperage

  • Depending on the local jurisdiction, an EV charger may not be allowed on a 100amp service.

    • Most rapid chargers can draw 40-60amps+ (varies depending on brand) 

• You may be able to save money by checking with your utility company for special rates/programs 

• You may be eligible for a tax rebate/incentive (these vary based on location, income level, and model).
